1. Refunds & Returns
All custom printed or embroidered orders are non-refundable.
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
In the event of an issue with your order, we will offer either:
A credit note for the value of the order, or
A repair/replacement/fix where reasonably possible.
2. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, or samples provided before production begins.
Where customers request artwork clean-up (e.g., removing backgrounds, re-drawing, or editing), this is a paid service. If artwork clean-up is declined, [Your Business Name] will not be held responsible for any quality issues or printing/embroidery errors that may result.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide artwork in the correct format as requested by BEBRANDEDUK LTD
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure spelling, colours, sizes, positioning, and details are correct before final approval.
BEBRANDEDUK LTD accepts no responsibility for errors once artwork has been approved by the customer.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders are only confirmed once a deposit/payment and artwork approval (where required) have been received.
Turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
5. Liability
BEBRANDEDUK LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from errors, delays, or defects in products or services.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the order in question, and any remedy will be in the form of a credit note or replacement.
